Terms:
• Seasons
Low: January 9th to 30th June inclusive (excluding Chinese New Year & Easter Week), September 16th to December 19th inclusive.
High: Chinese New Year (2008) – 4th to 9th February 2008 inclusive , Easter Week (2008)- 21st to 27th March 2008 inclusive, July 1st to 31st inclusive and September 1st to September 15th inclusive
Peak: August 1st to 31st August inclusive, December 20th to 8th January inclusive

Villa Capacity
We strictly observe the villa capacity policy. 6 bedroom maximum occupancy is 12 persons. If you wish to have additional guests we must get informed in advance.

• Minimum rental period
Low Season: 3-nights, High Season: 7-nights, Peak Season: 14-nights
• 50% deposit required to secure a confirmed booking. The balance payment should be settled one month prior to arrival date
• Foods and beverages are on guest's account. First dinner in villa for a late check-in and/or first breakfast can be arranged upon request. All expenses are at guest's account.

Check-in/Check-out:
- Check-in time: 14:00; Check-out time: 12:00. Late check-out (day use) until 18:00 is at additional charge of 50% from 1 (one) night villa rate and subject to availability.
- If you wish to have a party or function at the villa should be inform in advance to the Villa management.
