Villa Capacity
We strictly observe the villa capacity policy. For example: 1 bedroom maximum occupancy is 2 persons, 2 bedroom villas maximum occupancy is 4 persons, 3 bedroom villa maximum occupancy is 6 persons. If you wish to have additional guests we must get informed in advance.

ADDITIONAL FACILITIES FOR DELUXE JEPUN VILLA
- A welcome bottle of white wine
- Daily 8 Hours private car service and driver (for in villa guests only)

Check In/Out Policy:
1. Check in time: 14:00 hours
2. Check out time: 12:00 hours
3. Day Use until 18:00 hours will be charged at 50% of the contract rate, above 18:00 hours will be considered as extended stay and will be charged at 100% of the contract rate.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
1. Cancellation made within 14 days prior guest arrival in Low Season period and within 30 days prior guest arrival in High Season period will result in the forfeiting of 1 (one) night accommodation.
2. No Show without prior cancellation will be charged at 100% cancellation fee of the total due.

PAYMENT PROCEDURES:
1. A 50% deposit must be received 7 (seven) days before guest arrival and all payments should be settled 1 (one) day before guest arrival.
2. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required for any bookings made in High Season period upon making bookings
