1. Rates
All rates are net, quoted in USD and inclusive of applicable government tax, service charge, return airport transfers, daily breakfast for maximum 2 persons per room.

2. High & Peak Season Periods
High season period: July 1 – September 18; peak season period: December 16 – January 15.

3. Terms of Payment
Credit card authorization + copy of the card (front & back) + passport copy of the card holder sent by facsimile or 50% deposit (from total reservation value) transferred to our IDR or USD Bank Account within 7 days of receiving our reservation confirmation, will guarantee the reservation.

4. Cancellation Policy
- Without any charge 30 days before the check-in date
- Between 29 days and 15 days will be charged 50% from the total room reservation value
- Between 14 days and 0 days will be charged 100% from the total room reservation value
- No show will be charged 100% from the total room reservation value
